About My Personal Training
My passion is for more than just 'getting fit'. The training I give encompasses a 'whole body' fitness which includes
diet and nutrition alongside sensible exercise. My one to one fitness training is for anyone, of any age - not just the super fit!
Of course, those of you who are extending an existing training programme, or would like to learn the correct way to train for fitness, are welcome.
